RESPONSABILITIES:

• Pre-sales duties include:
– Presentation of technical capabilities and features of solutions.
– Service design analysis and suggestions to customers.
– Timely response to any customer questions or requests for materials.
– On-site or remote demonstration of service functionality.
– Assistance in the development of RFI/RFP responses.
– Proof of conception (POC) laboratories.

• Post-sales duties include:
– Pro-active meetings with existing customers on a regular basis to review service effectiveness, build the customer relationship, and probe for opportunities to expand the customer’s service.
– Timely and thorough investigation and responses to customer questions or concerns.
– Provide customer feedback to promote ongoing service improvement.
– Teach technical training to the end customers.

• Implementation duties include:
– Design, engineering, deployment and testing of Juniper-based networking solutions including T, M, E, MX, and J series routers, EX series switches, SRX firewalls, UAC solution, SSL VPN solution.
– Network Infrastructure – switching & routing, accelerators, Storage, Secure Wireless networks, Network Security.
– Remote administration and problem resolution of customer networks and the internal network.
– Level II/III Support Engineer providing ongoing consulting and maintenance for Managed Services customers as required.

• Project Management duties include planning, organizing, controlling and documentation of the project (RFP response, HLD, LLD, NIP, etc).

NOTABLE REALIZATIONS: Firewall Migration Projects planning and implementation into Service Provider environment, Data Center environment and Enterprise environment.

NOTABLE REALIZATIONS: I’ve worked in successful big projects as the main Network Engineer, Security Network Engineer or/and Project Manager for Service Provider and telecom companies (Ex: Cosmote GRX Network Modernization Project) and public sector companies (Ex: ANPM New Network Implementation).
